My Granddaughters were visiting me for the day and the youngest fell asleep during lunch. While cleaning up I noticed her shadow on my table. I noticed a photo op so I ran for my camera and got this shot. I have taken many of her since, but this has to be my favorite.

Location
I took this photo at home in kitchen at the marble top table where I was feeding my granddaughters.Time
It was somewhere between 12pm-1pm.Lighting
My youngest granddaughter fell asleep during her meal. I guess the warm sunlight was no match for her sleepy head.Equipment
I used a Canon EOS Rebel..not sure what version it was as it has been many cameras ago.Inspiration
I saw her reflection on the table as I was cleaning up table around her. So I grabbed my camera in hopes of getting both her and her reflection in the shot.Editing
I darkened the edges and cropped the background out so that the focus would be her faceIn my camera bag
Canon Mark II lens, Canon lens 28-105mm macro 0.5m/1.6ft; Canon lens 24-105mm macro 0.45m/1.5 ft. Quantaray 70-300mm macro. I also have 2 nikon cameras that I use occasionally.Feedback
My only advice is to always have your camera ready as you never know when a photo op will arise.
