This is all that remained of this little Cologne church after allied bombing of Cologne in WW2. Apart from one panel every pane melted in the intensity of the heat or exploded in the Firestorm that followed. It stands as a memorial to the war dead of all sides... and a lesson about war.A similar monument can be seen in Coventry.This also suffered in the same conflict.
