Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Whitby Ontario at one of the local wetlands

Time

This photo was taken at sunrise

Lighting

the lighting in the photo was all natural. The sunrise gave a beautiful early morning golden glow.

Equipment

I used a Sony A33 camera with just a small 55mm lens. No tripod or flash was used.

Inspiration

It was a very cold winter morning. The sun had just begun to rise and as i stood and watched, i realized i had to take a picture as it seemed that everything the sun touched was golden and cast just enough light to enhance the boardwalk and marsh while keeping everything to the left of the photo in shadow.

Editing

I don't believe i did any post-processing with this photo.

In my camera bag

In my camera bag, i carry all of my camera lens. 300 mm, 55mm portrait lens, filters, batteries,

Feedback

If you are a sunrise/sunset lover like i am, just be patient, watch for the perfect moment and snap away.
