this is in by back yard! i have had bluebirds now going on 5 years we usually keep a few around over the winterTime
i shot this through my family room window...i think it was mid afternoon on a cold winter dayLighting
i didnt do anything special for lighting as the light was pretty decent and i didnt want glare from a flash on the glassEquipment
canon 50d no tripod, do use one sometimes ...no flashInspiration
the fact that these little birds honor me with their presence never ceases to amaze me....i shoot because of their beauty and strength, i dont want to hang out there with the icicles!Editing
i may have sharpened a bitIn my camera bag
i have batteries, and a 100-400 lens and sometimes a 70-200....depending on how strong i feel lolFeedback
set up bluebird boxes , google how to .....and feed them!!! then put out the food regularly and you will have them visiiting !!
