1974 - Misawa Japan, American Air Force Base. It was top secret at that time. My Dad was a Staff Sergeant there at the time. Our family lived there also. When soldiers were introduced to it, they were told, "Gentlemen, this is the Elephant Cage, but as you can well see, there are no elephants.
