Here is the latest addition to our household, Moon Pie. Ed volunteers at the animal shelter 2 days a week and almost every day he comes back with photos of new kittens that he would like to bring home, but luckily they find new homes elsewhere. This time there was room with the passing of our oldest cat, and it would just be a matter of getting the remaining 3 acquainted and used to having this new puffball around. Moon Pie was the shelter's name and we could have changed but decided it was perfect. The problem was with a nickname, Moonie had negative cult vibes, and MP somewhat military thoughts, but MP stuck with me.
