A dark-toned alligator lurks just above the water surface, with only its snout and eyes prominently visible among the green water plants. Shadows dapple across the water, hinting at a lush surrounding environment while strands of grass peek into the frame on the left. By looking closely, you will see that the Alligator has a fish in it's mouth as evidenced by the white stomach of the fish. I created this wildlife image as the gator was catching a large snack.
