This beautiful Broad-billed Hummingbird overloaded my camera when I had to do a double take of his slick wing motions. I've seen similar effects when it looks like part of their wings pop off - love this and had to share! I invite my VB family to speculate on this phenomenon for my edification.

Oh, goodness . . . very unusual and creative. It's so interesting that the hummingbird's head and body are in such sharp focus while the wings are . . . well, kinda strange.

Wow...that is so cool!!! A perfectly still and focused body with a time-lapsed wing motion!! Boy you are good!!!😁

It’s a rolling shutter issue with Sony cameras when you shoot in silent mode. This one turned out cool but it’s a distortion that shouldn’t occur and does not with the mechanical shutter. It makes me mad when it happens to me.

The stable and fine focused body is a perfect stable point in the abstract wing time lap movement. Maybe lucky, but that's make a great photographer.

A system camera Ron? Than it's a rolling shutter problem, a big issue in the beginning of the system camera's, it surprises me that the issue is still there.
In this case it's very funny and special..
