My location for taking these photos of the full moon rising over the city of Melbourne in Australia was on the western side of the Yarra River. This river runs through the heart of Melbourne and is the main shipping channel to the container terminal located to the west of the city proper. As luck, or misfortune, depending on your perspective, would have it one of the large container ships proceeded out to Port Phillip Bay and beyond while I was taking a sequence of shots of the moon as it rose above the city. The bow of that ship is entering left of frame.
