Behind this simple shot..Is an Ex-Barista in a place where no one new what that word was let alone how to say-spell espresso ☕️ The BEANZ Espresso Bar would turn out to be the most popular spot by Islanders and visitors. It was a crazy busy fast past fun place to work. I miss that atmosphere, people, food and ooo the coffee like you wouldn’t believe. The Mug ❤️My Mom loved her Scottish Tartan and I now have the same love and connection. Our Clan comes from Argyle Shire, Scotland ???????????????????????????? The MacPhail Clan who settled in PEI, CANADA ???????? . Calling it Argyle Shore! The original homestead is still in the family and is still being farmed. It was lovely referred to BY EVERYONE as Down Home…true to its name the doors we always open, extra plates for the table, and a favorite stop for family-friends to return for years. One lady spent 67 years coming to The Island only interrupted by the Pandemic-sadly and she was crushed.
