I can only imagine what that toddler in the stroller is thinking has she looks at the bright and colorful envelope of the hot air balloon as it expands and rises off of the field. "Wow--really big toy ... gimme it!" :D

This was shot during the 27th annual Macomb Balloon Rally, which was held at the Vince Grady Field on the campus of Western Illinois University. Over30 balloonists participated in the event.
