This has been not only the most difficult challenge that I have created, but also the most interesting. There were so many great photos, but as I looked through them over and over, I realized that what I was looking for and what I was seeking in my challenge, was how a person 'felt\" about themselves through their choice of a hat. I was not seeking a hat that would be a part of a uniform or culture. These hats are not chosen by the wearer. Your portriat is telling in so many ways. It's as if the brim of the hat is in line with the face and eyes of the person, facing down...clearly showing that the hat is part of this person's sense of identity. The genius of this image is striking, even emotional. Congratulations on being the winner in my challenge. Amazing capture and talent.👍
