This Civil war Reenactment photo brings to life the reality of what life was like during an American Civil War Battle. The Soldiers must walk to within about twenty yards of the enemy, stop, cock the fire arm and wait for the order to fire. They then had to reload and repeat those actions, if they had not been hit by the return fire from the enemy.
