This photo was taken in my clients back yard. I like to capture little ones in a place where they are comfortable and not distracted by new things. She was just beginning to walk and explore so I followed her around as she picked flowers in her yard.Time

Hand held my Nikon D850 with 24-70mm lens.Inspiration
I wish I could say this photo was inspired, well thought out and created with some elaborate plan, but that is not the case. I was simply capturing this little joy for her mom at her one year milestone. There was never a dull moment as she would not say still and explored the yard as I followed her around snapping picts. She found a patch of sweet peas and quickly snatched one up and took a sniff while looking straight into the camera. I just got lucky on this one.Editing
I did some basic edits in Lightroom and then moved it over to photoshop where I cropped the image for the most dramatic appeal. I also did some dodge and burn, eye enhancement and frequency seporaton to even out her skin and add texture.In my camera bag
Truthfully not much. I like to travel light and make do with what I have. When I first started taking photos I brought all kinds of stuff and never used it. The things that are most useful are the basics and I always have a blanket, a blanket can be used in so many ways!Feedback
Keep shooting, increase the shutter speed, get down to their level and have lots of paitence.
