Tried baking peanut brittle yesterday.
Roasted at 300 for 15 mins, baked at 350 for 10 minutes.....
Thought it wasn't quite ready so started roasting at 375 degrees for another 10 minutes.......big mistake!!
Lovely burning smell after 5 minutes and here's the result.
I'll know better next time, lol!!!!!
Looks mega colorful though, lol!!
