My wife lived in Blanding, Utah, USA, when we met. I'd always heard of Comb Ridge but didn't understand what it would look like. It is an incredible geological formation that runs north and south for some 80 miles or so. We have been there many times since we decided to live in Blanding four years ago. There are plenty of dirt county roads running along the bottom of the ridge. We've seen a multitude of critters while spending time there and love to take our grandsons, so they can rock hunt (including petrified wood). This photo was taken in the same spot as another photo I have, 'Comb Ridge Looking North'.
