Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at the Hagia Sophia, Istanbul, a church turned mosque, turned museum then mosque again!

Time

It was taken around 1:30pm.

Lighting

Yea, it was very dark because I had the wrong ISO, so it's been boosted in post quite a lot!

Equipment

Sony A7IV with the standard 28-70mm kit lens.

Inspiration

I was in the right place at the right time. I'm a beginner, I was lucky. I'm not at the stage where I'm waiting around for the perfect moment. Maybe one day, if I can make money from this hobby!

Editing

Yes, I boosted the lighting and tweaked the colours. I also masked around the subject to light her up just a small amount.

In my camera bag

Sony A7IV with kit lens, a battery bank, and a Twix. The Twix being the most important thing.

Feedback

My advice is to have a better setting indoors before you take photos like this! But y'know, you don't want to blow out the highlights.
