There is a balloon festival held in Bluff, Utah, USA, every January. My wife and I attended hoping to be wowed some years ago. The last day balloons lifted off at Valley of the Gods State Park (Utah). We arrived that morning to a thick fog in the valley, but we all just waited. Eventually, the fog started to fade and we could see the rock formations and balloons through it. In this photo from that day, the fog is still hanging above us, but you can just see white clouds coming into view.
