Rio Grande Engine No. 5771 is a F9 diesel-powered engine that sits in the rail yard at the Colorado Train Museum in Golden Colorado. Between 1971 and 1983 it pulled a passenger train from Denver to Salt Lake, known as the Rio Grande Zephyr. In 1984 No. 5771 pulled the ski train from Denver to Winter Park, the engine was retired that same year. No. 5771 was donated to the Colorado Train Museum where it proudly sits on display today.
