On a day in May, during a morning walk, the family paused at the side of the path and waited allowing this photo and several others.

Summer hike in Rocky Mountain National Park. I'll have to find the name of the lake and peak, as it wasn't where we had planned to go.

A short walk in a local nature area, revealed this wild turkey walking through the tall grass.

After a very windy day came upon a lone maple leaf on a bed of green rock... rather unusual with the flagstone in the area.

New critter joined our neighborhood and this photo was snapped on our fence post.

A friend asked for original pictures of the Flatirons, first chance with good conditions, I go I took photos from as many vantage points as I could.

Hawk or eagle landed on roof. just had enough time to grab the camera and get this shot... then he flew off.
