Location

i could take this photograph as a single frame @ my hometown salzburg/mönchsberg last winter.

Time

the shooting started at 6pm and finished after one hour.

Lighting

knowing the spot very well i didn‘t invest too much time for planning a 15mm take.

Equipment

my gear for pics like that is as following Pentax K1 Pentax,HD Pentax-D FA 15-30MM F2.8ED SDM WR 15mm f3,2 iso 100 SLIK tripod

Inspiration

in these days it isn’t too easy taking winter moods like that. so it was clear for me strolling around on my beloved mönchsberg blue hour and beyond was obligate.

Editing

editing in LR, topaz and color efex pro 3 taken as PEF after processing saved as srgb

In my camera bag

for strolls like that my good old sony rx100mk4 is always with me. serious shootings need the pentax k1! astrophotography is in need of a modified canon 5dmk2 with the usual nerdy sidekicks like astrotrac, berlebach tripod, novoflex magic ball, led finder… software: pixinsight, LR, PS, Topaz, Affinity
