Location
I took this photo on the Island Of Orleans, Quebec, CanadaTime
It is in the afternoon, around 3:00 pm.Lighting
As I was on the tour bus and it was cloudy, the lighting was tough to be perfect. Mostly the lighting I did post-processing to give it a relaxed vibe as it was an entire snowy field.Equipment
This was shot on Nikon D5600, with DX Nikkor 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR, 1/2000 sec, f8, 140mmInspiration
While going to the destination seeing an entire snow field with a single tree, I got the idea of minimalistic photography. There are lots of examples here and there to be inspired from.Editing
I did post-processing to reduce the noise as I used high ISO to get a bright photo from a running bus. Did some color grading afterward to put some bluish effect, to bring a cold vibe.In my camera bag
Mostly I carry Nikon D5600, with DX Nikkor 18-140mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR, KF concept CPL and ND filters, and a KF concept tripod. Except for these must items, carry an extra battery, charger, and clean-up kit if required.Feedback
If you are static, then it is always better to try different angles. But if you are moving, you need to think about how much time can you give for one shot from a moving vehicle, according to that you need to update your ISO setting mostly and try to keep the main subject to follow the photography rule of 1/3.
