The Garden Emerald is a very small (and FAST) Hummingbird that is located in Costa Rica and western Panama. They visit small flowers that other larger Hummingbirds ignore, and eat tiny insects. BTW...this guy is flying, not perched.

Thank you!! This little guy was in deep shade and was moving so fast...I had to up the shutter speed despite it being a little darker than I would prefer. Thank god for LR! ; )
