I have laid down the cameras I have in my collection.
1. Agfa Click III - My Dad's Camera. He purchased this camera when my brother was born. However he took very few pics. So naturally since I am the only one in the family interested in photography, this fell into my hands.
2. Canon EOS 66 - The first film SLR camera I paid for in view of learning photography. Film camera - 1 expensive way to learn!
3. Canon 550D - My first DSLR. Though I like the film camera and wanted to get deeper into developing the film, this, gave me freedom with what I could do, worked out cheaper and I could learn a lot.
4. Iphone 5s - Though I dont click much on the Iphone, I have put it in frame to match my story.
Image description: The cameras have been laid according to their times with what had to be used. The agfa had a 120mm film that could be rolled manually, (image storage displayed on the camera).
The EOS66 uses a 35mm film & runs on 2 CR123A batteries (on right) I have placed a lens to show the movement from a fixed to interchangeable lens camera. Next is the EOS 550D-KissX4. Images stored on a SD Card, I purchased an external flash for this. This runs on a LP E8 battery. A sigma 70-300 lens can be seen that I use with this. Then we have Iphone. flash, certain amount of zooming capability, storage, everything in the pocket.
