Bald eagles and Osprey are my favorite birds though I love them all there is something about these majestic Birds , I was lucky to capture this juvenile hunting his next meal. I watched as he slowly made it down river cris crossing the river from one standing dead to the next. Finally settling on this branch, vary much aware of our presence. My Dog Trigger and I, He pissed for a couple of shot then flew away! Great morning!Editing

Knowing there routine their habits helps a great deal. For instance in the morning 5:30-630 am, I know of two bald eagles that hang out just below 9 Mile dam ,( Spokane Washington.) Hunting for there next meal. Just about any day of the week I can go set up my tripod and get pictures of those bald eagles damn near daily! There's a couple of Blue Heron Nests that are on a 2-mile stretch of the river, (Spokane River) in the morning between 5:00 and 7:00 they're working their way up River fishing and they'll work themselves back down river to their nest. Knowing their routines helps a great deal!
