Sometimes I feel small. Like when a person that I care about and trust chastises me ... or when I gossip about somebody and they overhear or find out ... or when I stand on the edge of a cliff looking out over the ocean or a mountain range. Funny how feeling small can feel so terrible ... or so amazing. Funny how both can actually change your outlook in a meaningful and longterm way.
