My photo was taken in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. I love to go out in the city and do street photography, and one of the things I love more in photography are the reflections. I love to shoot what I see in the first moment in a glass window, glass car or in a mirror.....Like my rabbit!Time
I just love this photo.... and 2023 is the Rabbit year for Chinese 2023 year. This photo was taken in a morning, around 10:30 in the center city.Lighting
Malaysia have a special type of light, and it change soo much depending on were you are in the city. The city have very tall buildings and areas of smaller houses in older areas. the light starts off soft but becomes very white and strong throughout the day. if we are in these areas of larger buildings the light becomes smaller and less strong when we photograph in the streets. so depending on the time of day we can shoot anywhere in the city with the right light.Equipment
I use a NIKON D800 , lens 24-80 or 80-300, yes tripod for some situations, if the light is to must I use my cobra flash.Inspiration
I was with my friend Henry Berbar in this part of the city call Butik Bitang . This is a very nice place with a lot of street paint in the buildings and we were shooting special elements in macro mode. Walking in the street after shooting a few details i just get fix in this rabbit. After take some photos of it I just realise this moto bike anda I check the mirror... the result ... this photo.Editing
NO. this is the photo has I take it.In my camera bag
It dependes were I go and what I pretend to shoot. normally I just take the camera and the 2 lenses, and the flash If I'm going to shoot at night, I'll take the tripodFeedback
For my experience in Malaysia were I took this photo, you should go prepare for the weather ????????. Malaysia is a tropical country and weather can change in minutes. You can have an amazing sun and in 10 minutes is raining as hell ????????. But at the same time is nice , because you can see the diference of the landscape before and after.
