Behind The Lens

Location

Took this photo at a beach called Porthtowan in Cornwall, England. As I was watching the sunset this dog ran up beside me and lay down as if watching the sunset with me, couldn’t resist the moment so captured the photo.

Time

This was late evening just as the sun was beginning to set, gentle waves, quiet time until joined by this beautiful dog who sat so still watching the colours form with me

Lighting

The lighting was natures way of saying good night, just took the shot as the colours were changing

Equipment

I used my iPhone as I do not have a camera

Inspiration

Just sat watching the colours changing as the sun was beginning to set and the dog just ran up and lay down as if watching it with me, stayed with me for a long while, captured the moment so that I remember the lapping of the waves, colours changing, peace and a persons best friend, even though it wasn’t my dog the feeling was to good not to capture

Editing

No post processing just framed as the colours were stunning
