Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at a pier during sunset in my hometown of Biloxi

Time

I was running behind, catching the sunset, when I parked my car. We almost jogged to the pier. As the sun was setting, I decided to stack the pictures as well as use AEB to help with the colors

Lighting

there was no lighting aside from a bump in exposure in post-processing

Equipment

My tripod is a Promaster Scout SC430. My Camera is, at this point, is an iPhone

Inspiration

I enjoy taking pictures of Sunsets the way the earth moves the clouds and aligns the sun is something to be admired. I have always been a fan of Photographing the Sunset. Pushing myself to take new and better pictures is a push I give myself every day

Editing

This picture required very little post-editing. I first had to merge the photos from six to one shot, then had to put a little bit of light behind the image, and that was it

In my camera bag

My phone, Drone, a DJI Mini 2, my tripod, and some ND filters for my drone. I am not that fancy, but I am working my way back into getting a Mirrorless Camera

Feedback

Don't let others deter you from using your phone and taking pictures. Always think outside of the box. There are tons of tools and apps to be used on your phone nothing, and no one can stop you from capturing amazing images
