Behind The Lens

Location

I took this film up the local kilpatrick hills in greater Glasgow Scotland. It was snowing and we had taken shelter in the forest while out hiking. I looked up and liked the view. So I snapped it.

Time

This was around 2pm in the afternoon, we were about 3 hours into our hike up the hills.

Lighting

The lighting is basicly just a snowy sky above the forest.

Equipment

This photograph was snapped with my phone as I lay in the ground looking up.

Inspiration

I was having a break from the snowy weather and loved the view.

Editing

The image is original as it was taken and not altered .

In my camera bag

I have a Samsung galaxy s20 plus a nikon coolpix. I would love to upgrade my big camera at some point but I'm waiting to be recognised first.

Feedback

In the west of Scotland the weather is unpredictable, it really is your Donald duck if you see good lighting and are able to catch a great nature shot.
