Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken of a stream near my house, but the location is very hidden, it is necessary to descend to the stream on a steep slope. I managed a lot of good photos here

Time

Photo was taken afternoon, second day after rain.

Lighting

The photo was taken in the afternoon, the second day after the rain, the water was very high, which was also the reason I changed my view and took exactly this photo. Without high water I would not have succeeded

Equipment

Photo was taken with Nikon, Sigma lens and CPL filter on tripod

Inspiration

Due to the high water I was looking for a new position for photography, everything was different than usual. I was looking for a frame to embrace this waterfall and I think I succeeded

Editing

The photo is processed in PS, where I enriched the colors of autumn, as they beautifully embrace the mist of water falling over the stones

In my camera bag

I have always my D500, Sigma 10-20mm, 18-50mm and 70-200mm in my bay wit diferent types of filters. Always take photoa from trpod

Feedback

You should always take the time to take a photo, test several angles and also change the lens as needed. For this photo I needed about 30 minutes from different angles and distances. We always have to try something new, so we succeed and learn
