Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo at the St. Louis Zoo which is a wonderful place to visit. My grandchildren were with me.

Time

As best I can remember, it was around noon.

Lighting

I always shoot with whatever light is available. I don't worry about it too much.

Equipment

I seldom take my zoom with me, but on this day I did. The zoo is a perfect place to use your zoom.

Inspiration

My favorite things to photograph are animals and flowers. I thought this was a Jaguar, but my vet told me it is a cheetah.

Editing

I use Photoshop a lot for post-processing, but this photo didn't need it.

In my camera bag

I am not an equipment techy sort of person. I usually carry a flashlight in my bag, and a lens cleaner, extra memory cards, charged batteries.
