Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain, during a walking day trough the city.

Time

Time of the day was around 5 PM in a hot summer day.

Lighting

The lighting is provided by nature, sunny afternoon but the building itself is in shade so i try to use that in my advantage.

Equipment

The equipment used for this shot was a canon eos 1300 d with the kit lens (yes the kit lens) 18 - 55 mm.

Inspiration

Inspiration for this photo was the building itself , is just gorgeous. I did had to find what i thought to be the best spot for that shot in that moment and it worked for me.

Editing

Yes i do post-process my images and mostly i try to do very little of that, first step will be to click auto then go from there a bit of contrast, shadows, highlights....all basic at minimum.

In my camera bag

In my bag at that point and is still same now i have : camera canon eos 1300 d, kit lens, 18-55 mm, canon 50 mm 1.8 is stm, canon 50 - 250 mm is stm, sigma 105 mm 2.8, oshiro 60 mm 2.8 macro, flash, some colored gels for flash, triggers.
