Location
This photo was taken in a lake near my home-town. As this was the first time I tooked that kind of photos it was pretty exciting.Time
Obviously at sunset. I wouldn't have gotten the girl into the water in the morning. :-)Lighting
I wanted the Sun as deep as possible and for that only the sunset was eligle to use. My plan was to let the sun shine through the middle of her hair.Equipment
It was taken with my Sony Alpha 7ii and a mounted 85mm from Tamron in an underwater case. That's all.Inspiration
I just wanted to try one of those photos...and did it.^^Editing
Yes, but simple raw development (color enhancement and cut to size a little). After that I removed some smaller things in photoshop. In my camera bag
Normally, my Sony Alpha 7ii with rechargeable batteries, memory cards, Tamron 85mm, Sony 24 - 70 mm, my tripod and my shoulder strap. Something for my needs as well e.g. something to drink and something to eat.Feedback
Check days before that the sun is at a specific place at your wanted time, keep an Eye on the wether forecast and make sure that everything is prepared for your model e.g. The model needs an towel, warm clothes and some other things. Prepare your camera e.g. underwatercase, be sure how to use your camera in that case. Clean it before. Make everything up so that the model feels good before, while and after the shooting. It's simple but you have to! ;-)
