Location
This photo is taken in the city of Cali - Colombia, in an emblematic place (the dog park)Time
I remember we were taking some pictures for the cover of a new song by a local artist, and at about 5:30 pm I took this picture with laughter and see it concentrated because many cars passed by and we wanted the photo to be clean of carsLighting
The light was totally natural ... we saw in that little space that the sun was perfect for the photoEquipment
The camera that I use for this photo is a Canon T3i, with a 50mm lens, I took it to pulseInspiration
Every time I take a photo, I am inspired by how natural the person can be seen, in places where everyone would say that the photo would be bad, for me the composition shows me the opposite, and that day more than anything inspired me to Take this picture because I did not know the model well, and she thought that this place was not ideal for the photo and ended up being the opposite :)Editing
My life partners is my camera and the photoshop, in this special photo I use two techniques that I like a lot (Frequency Separation and Dog and Burn), I love playing with these two techniques but without saturating the image and of course I corregi a bit the color from RawIn my camera bag
In my suitcase can not miss for my camera, my favorite lenses 50mm and 85mm, since I love to make portraits, and when it is to take in open spaces I always have my 35mm! I do not like flash, only in studio ... but my photographs are mostly with natural lightFeedback
I think that the perfect time to take a photo in open space and with natural light is when an hour is needed for it to be done at night, in my country (COLOMBIA) it is between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, it is as if a reflex giant reflector was put in the sky, the light hits the incredible skin and of course take the time necessary for the SET-UP of your camera and find a good angle for the composition, and from there on is the love that you put to your work.
