This little hidden gen sits behind a pier in Tynemouth. Even people who are local to the area don't know it is there yet it looks magnificent from the right viewpoint. I got there around 40 minutes before sunrise to plan my composition. This was actually my first spot and I didn't think it would be my favourite. I think the sun star and the flare add the right magic to this picture. It was taken on a Nikon D7100 with Tokina 11-16mm lens.
