This is the view from our window on the sixth floor at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We had a two week stay there when my barely 9 year old son had an unexpected and very scary illness. He's home and fine now a couple of weeks later but I got very used to this view from the window since I stayed there the entire 2 weeks with him.
