Location
It was taken off the island of Unst in the Shetland Islands.Time
It was late afternoon and we were lucky to have some lovely clear skies and plenty sun so I could use natural light to expose the image.Lighting
Lovely bright sunny day helped with the natural lighting here. Great not having to use the strobes when underwater.Equipment
I used a Sony rx100mkii in a waterproof housing.Inspiration
I’m generally inspired by anything to do with the underwater world. This was a great opportunity as the jelly fish was sitting quite still in the water.Editing
Not a lot just a little clarity and some more contrast. In my camera bag
As little as I can get away with as I don’t like lugging loads of gear around with me.Feedback
Just get out and take lots of pics! This was in my back yard so you don’t have to travel across the globe to make interesting images. Just get out and explore whatever is close to you!
