Location
North of Jackson Hole Wy, USA just west of the Grand Teton National Park which occupies most of the valley of Jackson Hole. It is a great place for photography and is a preferred destination point by landscape photographers. The park preserves the towering peaks of the Teton Mountains and the beautiful glacial lakes.Time

Often not so interesting objects or landscapes turn into beautiful photographic opportunities at the beginning or end of the day. As you can see from the photograph the light had settled on the Grand Teton Mountains and was just starting to skim across the valley floor.Equipment
D800, Sigma Lens 18-200mm lens on a tripod. Photograph was captured at 50mm @ f / 8.0.Inspiration
Working on a Landscape Photography course I had the opportunity to get this "first light" photo with a majestic background. The course was Photography at the Summit. This workshop provided me with the opportunity to learn from, photograph alongside, and network with fantastic group of instructors and classmates.Editing
