Boathouses are beautiful and you can see how time -as going by- manipulates the appearance.

Yes. I enhanced the center and the details, later i made a frame for it.

Now actualy i carry my new Fuji XT-20, some objectives and maybe my tripod. Sometimes i carry some filters, too

Look for the best time of the day - or in the morning or in the evening would be good. Wait as often people passing by there. Take more than one and not only from one bouthouse because there are more there.
