Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken on Anilao (Luzon), Philippines - the new "mecca" of the macro and muck-diving.

Time

It was last say of diving in this trip to Philippines and the 2-nd dive of this day - January, 30, 2014.

Lighting

I'm used the 2 Ikelite strobes 125S and uw flash light for focusing

Equipment

Nikon D7000, Ikelite housing, 60 mm Nikkor lens, 2 x 125S Ikelite strobes, 1/250 ?; f/9; ISO 400

Inspiration

The fishes was so bright colour and so funny ...

Editing

It was just a little post-processing - little be crop, changing the colour balance, brightness, contrast and sharpening.

In my camera bag

As I'm underwater photographer, I can use little be limited number of lenses. I using Nikkor 60 mm for macro and Tokina 10-17 for wide angle shots. Camera - Nikon D7000 Ikelite housing 2 strobes 125S Ikelite

Feedback

Those fishes are very unsteady and most of the time only one of them staying on the outside of the "house" and the second one inside. It's takes a long time to catch the moment when both of them looking outside and also staying in the right position to the photo. My patience paid off with this image
