Location
This photo was taken at my usual holiday destination in a town called Kiama, on the coast of Australia. It is a Beautiful Coastal town with beautiful beaches, green grassy hills, and astonishing mountain peaks further south. If you are even in the area I highly recommend making a trip.Time
This Photo was taken late in the afternoon after i decided to go for a drive up the misty roads, through the country side. There is mile after mile of twisting beautiful roads to achieve these amazing shots.Lighting
I was lucky enough to have come across this stretch of road at a perfect time to have some amazing lighting, after tweeting some settings on my Canon it lead to this beautiful shot.Equipment
This shot was taken using a Canon 600D with a standard 18-55mm lens and a UV Filter.Inspiration
As i was driving up these beautiful mountain roads i came across this setting with the beautiful white fences, drooping trees and wildlife and immediately stopped in the middle of the road as there was no one else around, hoped out and took some shots.Editing
The only Editing done to this photo was a simple preset filter in an editing program as i am only 18 and new to photography so am still learning more techniques. In my camera bag
As i am a university student i struggle to afford amazing equipment and only have a simple Canon 600D with a 18-55mm lens and a 50mm lens with a few filters and a tripod. I also have to GoPros which I use extensively for night photography, time lapse's and active filming. With my GoPro's I have a huge array of accessories from glide cam systems to chestnuts to suction mounts.Feedback
In the area, the highlands are often quite foggy and misty so you simply need to plan a time to ascend the mountains and find some interesting landscapes to photograph. The Area is an extremely beautiful place with lots and lots of topic matter. You could shoot for days in the area. As you climb up saddleback mountain you get amazing ocean views accompanied by beautiful rolling hills.
