Very well composed image. I like how the novice in the center is flanked by the two parasols, which in turn are flanked by the posts.

Behind The Lens

Location

The image was taken in Bagan ,Myanmar. Myanmar is one of the favorite country for my photography life. The culture and people make me falling in love with her.

Time

I reached the temple at afternoon about 2:00pm. First i am thinking to shot the beauty of side light. after that I decide to shot with highkey and get this clean image. The image was taken at 2:58pm 7th Dec 2014.

Lighting

The image showing three novices on thier way home. I like the depth of view very much .

Equipment

I am using Canon EOS1DX with EF 85mm lens to shot this image. Because of the light is beatiful, and bright enough. I can snap it easily without any tripod or Flash.

Inspiration

In Myanmar we can see novices or monk everywhere . I am hoping to get some images can show the daily life of Myanmar people.

Editing

For this image , I +0.3EV to get something high key, with a bit asjustment like level and brightness to get the image more clean.

In my camera bag

When I am travelling for photography trip, I always with 5 lens with me like fisheye 8-15mm , ultrawide angle 16-35mm, Standard zoom 24-70mm and a telelens 70-200mm and a prime lens 85mm.

Feedback

To get a clean blackground , I always like to add some EV. sometimes I even + 2EV
