Behind The Lens

Location

this photo was taken in our livingroom over Christmas. I am a self taught photographer and arty.

Time

this photo was taken after lunch as the dog -a big rescue greyhound- had squeezed himself into my arm chair and was gazing at the TV and out the window.

Lighting

Greyhounds have such soulful eyes and are quite mezmerizing. I loved the reflections from the TV and window in his eyes.

Equipment

actually this was taken as a quick candid shot on my galaxy S8 phone not my usual SLR camera!

Inspiration

as I said I find the emotions in greyhounds eyes to be very deep. I wanted to portray the emotion he was showing and wondered what he was remembering.

Editing

not really just a little cropping to emphasize the beauty of his face.
