Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at dusk at A water feature in Wesbrook, UBC Vancouver Canada

Time

Taken at dusk using ambient light these leaves were circling the drain so to speak.

Lighting

Ambient lighting. No flash

Equipment

This was taken with an IPhone. Some editing then the addition of the frame

Inspiration

The different leaves all together , circling the drain

Editing

Added brightness and definition with PS Express then the vignette frame

In my camera bag

I always have my IPhone 8 but I generally use my Canon EOS M5. I love my 15 to 45 stm lens. I also have a 28 mm macro lens for the Canon. I will say that some of my best pics have been taken with the iPhone as great opportunities arise when I don’t have my Canon.I do use a small and medium tripod and have a lens cleaning kit and towel in there as well.

Feedback

I love ambient light and sometimes strange places for pictures. Always look to bunches of things and water of all types.
