This photo is taken of a local Memphian sitting in what used to be called the "Civil War Memorial Park" but is now called "The 4th Bluff" the Statue is of Confederate President Jefferson Davis. The statue is no longer up. The Park is frequented by people of all races and the gentleman sitting there noted that he has never given much thought to the statue as now all American Citizens are free. Also noting that "if we forget our history we are doomed to repeat it".
