Location

This was taken in the beautiful seaside town of Tenby, Pembrokeshire, Wales. St Catherine's Island is a small tidal island linked to Tenby by Castle beach at low tide.

Time

This was taken at sunrise, August 2018.

Lighting

Sunrise is always worth the effort it takes to get a lovely shot.

Equipment

Tripod, Canon 70d, Canon lens.

Inspiration

As this was my first visit to Tenby, I contacted a local photographer (Mathew Browne) who took me to all his favourite photographic locations in the town. As I was only there for a couple of days it was really valuable having someone who knew the area well.

Editing

Edited in Lightroom using exposure bracketing and HDR.

Camera, tripod. Nisi filters, Canon 24-105mm lens, Canon 10-22mm lens.
