a "ganache" in French is a trivial way to speak about someone's face, equivalent to "dat face", sort of. But it is a glaze for filling pastries, too. And obviously, you know a bit about "caramel", which is such a sweet flavour we got from the cow's milk. So both "ganache" and "caramel" are coming from the work of farmers, and I assure you some of them are still taking care of veals and cows they are milking everyday.
