Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken from my living room window outside of Prague.

Time

It was mid afternoon on a Sunday.

Lighting

I only shoot in natural and available light, I never use a flash.

Equipment

The shot was taken with my Nikon 7100 using a Sigma Art an f1.4 50mm lense.

Inspiration

My wife and I had literally just finished putting up the Christmas tree when it started to snow. What perfect timing. The contrast of warm and cold was a perfect moment to capture.

Editing

For post processing I used Lightroom to increase blacks and lower highlights a bit.

In my camera bag

I have a very sparse bag because as mostly a street photographer I hate walking around with two much. So my bag contains only a charger, one additional lense, and a cleaning brush and solution.

Feedback
