Location
I took this photo in my backyard in our small butterfly/hummingbird garden.Time
This was middle of the day or afternoon probably around 1 or 2 pm.Lighting
I didnt wanna shoot into the light but I didnt want to shoot with it at my back either. So I set myself up perpendicular to the way the sun was shining to help catch the water droplets.Equipment
I used a nikon d5500 with the stock lens the camera came with.Inspiration
Boredom. Boredom actually inspires me to do most of my work. When there's nothing else to do and im bored why not be creative. There's so many worse things to put your time into.Editing
I did do some post processing but it was just simply from an app on my phone. Just added a bit of color and clarity to help the flower stand out and make the droplets look crisp. In my camera bag
Normally I have the nikon d5500, the stock lens, a 70 to 300mm lens, a remote flash, tripod, and a remote shutter. Along with my phone which I sometimes use to take pics.Feedback
Trial and error is your friend. Just like Edison you don't fail 1000 times u simply find out how to do something different 1000 times. But that 1001 time could be something spectacular.
